Add 1 strawberry to a shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to the shaker. Shake with ice, strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish. Lemongrass Vodka: - Add 7 1/2 grams of loose-leaf lemongrass tea to 750ml of vodka or 3 3/4 grams of tea to 375ml of vodka. - Allow the mixture to steep for 2 hours. - Afterward, strain out the tea.
