Combine all of the ingredients except for the spiced wine syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until the shaker is cold and frosty, about 10-15 seconds. Strain into a large rocks glass with fresh ice. Add the spiced wine syrup by sinking it to the bottom of the glass.
