Pour the first 4 ingredients into the glass and gently stir. Add the whipping cream to a shaker with an ice cube and shake very hard. Strain over the cocktail, then grate the nutmeg over the top. Note: The bar mixes a bit of pinole with nutmeg (4:1) for the garnish, but nutmeg alone works fine if you don’t have pinole.
